BACKGROUND

I graduated from Syracuse University with an A.B. in economics and earned an M.B.A from Cal State Dominguez Hills. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force as a lieutenant colonel, I worked 12 years with an aerospace company, finishing in 2000 as a sector vice president of contracts and regional marketing.

LIVING ON THE NORTH COAST

My wife, Suzanne, and I fell in love with Cambria in 1984 and became part-time residents four years later. In 2000, we moved to Cambria full time. I am a member of the Joslyn Recreation Center, Newcomers, and Cambria Round Table. I enjoy traveling and have visited all 50 states and 70 countries. I also enjoy cooking, playing Bridge and Trivial Pursuit and walking. I find problem solving to be one of my favorite pastimes.

WHY ARE YOU VOLUNTEERING TO SERVE ON THE NCAC?

I look forward to serving the community in honor of Mike McLaughlin’s memory as the Area 2 Alternate.
